Joseph has carried out a variety of responsibilities in his 20 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry ranging from software programming to heading business units. With experience in operations management, client management and people management, Joseph manages the day to day operations in IC, directs the marketing activities and mentors the start-ups that are incubated at IC. Previously being part of SunTec Business Solutions, an Indian startup success story that made it to international market, he enjoys to be in the startup environment.

Alok is enthusiastic about marketing. In his role as the person responsible for marketing and business development activities at IC, he organizes events, conduct outreach programs, manage advertising in various media and manage contacts with startup companies, potential mentors and partners. After his MBA in HR and Marketing from ISM, Dhanbad, he worked in the sales of heavy equipment for a period of time prior to joining IC.

Pradhan facilitates infrastructural and administrative support to incubated companies, invited guests and Incubation centre staff. He takes care of all logistics, scheduling and co-ordination of meetings and maintenance of records. After completing his post-graduation from Berhampur University, Odisha, Pradhan has worked with various MNCs in Bangalore prior to joining IC and has more than 10 years of working experience.

When something needs to be procured or something needs maintenance, everyone at IC turns to Munna Pathak. In his capacity as Executive Stores & Maintenance at IC IITP, Munna manages the whole procurement process, including vendor interactions and process compliance. Ansadh have done his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University. Prior to joining IC as Executive-Technical, Ansadh worked as a design and prototyping engineer, working in multiple domains such as PCB Designing, PCB assembly and testing, UI Designing & product prototyping in a healthcare product startup. Ansadh assists startups in PCB design, fabrication, testing, laser cutting, 3-D Designing & product prototyping. During his leisure time, Ansadh likes to play basketball.

Deepti Anand has 8 years of experience working with startups. Currently, she manages Zero Lab Bihar, a pre-incubation center. In this role, Deepti oversees the day-to-day activities of Zero Lab Bihar, provides mentorship to pre-incubated startups, and guides them through the application process for Startup Bihar policy. Her passion for managing outreach events is evident. With a background working in different startups and government policies, Deepti has previously served as a Human Resource Manager and Head of Operations, successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously. She completed her graduation from Patna Women’s College followed by MBA and L.L.B. to increase her dimension of work. Her core competencies include team management, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Drawing on her experience in managing Pre-incubation, HR operations, and people management, Deepti finds fulfillment in contributing to the growth of innovative ventures.

Amar did his graduation from Ranchi st Xavier’s college & MBA from Visva bharti university. He has worked in Retail industry for six years in store operations. He has also worked in administration dept. for almost seven years and has good experience in purchase, event management, operational activities, logistics arrangement & maintenance. In IC he is responsible for office operational day to day activity, logistics arrangements, liaising with govt. depts., rent agreements, office space booking, bill generation & payment follow up.

Aman is expertise in areas of Digital Marketing, Market Research, Branding, and Campaign Management. In his role as the person responsible for Branding with Digital presence in addition to outreach activities at IC. He looks after the project B-HUB BSFC manages events and conducts outreach programs with day-to-day activities of Incubated startups of B-HUB BSFC. After his MBA in Marketing from SRM University, Chennai, he worked in different companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra Groups, and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Urban) in Jharkhand state for a period of time before joining IC.

Shikha has completed her graduation in Economics (Hons.) from Magadh Mahila College, Patna University, in 2019. Then she pursued PG Diploma in Financial Management and get diploma degree from Nalanda Open University, in 2021, along with she had started her career as an Associate in accounts and operations from a media agency and have a cumulative experience of more than 4 years.
